Early video shows some of the destruction left by Beryle as he slammed into the Windward Islands on Tuesday morning with winds of upwards of 140mph. Beryle is now a Category 5 now headed towards Jamacia. Yet, Beryle is forecast to move south of Jamacia but Jamacia sits at the furthest northeast of Beryle’s most destructive winds. So, even though it’s not forecast to make a direct hit, Beryle’s impact will be as significant as the other islands it has already gone over. In the video, I discuss how the people of the Windward Islands are handling the destruction but how they vow to rebuild.
